Yes, it is strictly mandatory for all vehicles (two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles) registered before April 1, 2019, to have an HSRP and color-coded fuel sticker installed. Failure to comply may result in traffic fines and challans depending on state regulations.
Once your payment and RC details are verified, the HSRP is manufactured and dispatched. Home delivery and physical affixation by our executive typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and state RTO processing times.
Do not panic. If the amount is debited from your bank account but the booking was not successful on the portal, the transaction is automatically flagged as failed by the payment gateway. The amount will be reversed to your original bank account within 3-5 business days.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of booking by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the header menu and providing your Reference ID. However, once the plate manufacturing has started (after 24 hours), cancellations and refunds are not permitted as the plate is customized for your vehicle.
